GRAND SLAM “Funkageddon-Tour 2012 Europe"

After a 10-year-break he is finally back: Living Funk-legend, vocalist extraordinaire GARY “MUDBONE” COOPER will hit the stage with GRAND SLAM.

The original frontground voice of Bootsy’s RubberBand, one of the lead vocalist with George Clinton’s P-Funk Allstars and Parliament/Funkadelic, has been part of more than 400 album productions as singer, drummer, arranger, writer and producer. In his 40+ years enduring professional career he has sold more than 20 million records and associated with the groups that's been inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of fame, Parliament/Funkadelic. Recent works include stage and studio stints with the likes of Pink, Bob Dylan, The Black Crowes, Dave Stewart, Bono and Mick Jagger, to name a few.

As a second headliner we proudly present P-Funk veteran LIGE CURRY. The legendary bass-player and singer presents his solo-project NAKED FUNK for the first time live in Europe. As a longtime member of Parliament/Funkadelic (since 1978) and upon his collaborations with the likes of Sly Stone or Bootsy Collins he is the right choice to spice-up this super-funk-tour.
